The Congestion Charge and your address
Some central addresses are inside the London Congestion Charge zone. We check your address when you book and add the charge to your booking only if it applies, so there are no surprises.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown, with VAT, before you book. You pay the collection fee, and any extras, when you book. Storage is charged monthly in arrears by Direct Debit, invoiced at the end of the month and collected on the 5th.
