Student storage
Student storage in London, collected from your door
Storeo collects your things from your student room or flat anywhere in London, whether you study at UCL, King's, LSE, Imperial, Queen Mary or any other London university. We store them over the summer or between tenancies, and bring them back to your door when you need them. You book online, choose a collection day, and pay for storage monthly in arrears.

Storage for students, without carrying anything
Moving out of halls or a shared house is the moment most students run out of space. Whether you study at a university in central, east, north, south or west London, we make it simple.
Between halls and your next flat
If your contract ends before the next one starts, we can hold everything until you have the keys. Book a return to your new address when you are ready.
Over the summer
Going home for the break? Leave the heavy things with us instead of dragging them across the country, and have them delivered back in September.
Placements, years abroad and gap years
If you will be away for months, storage by the month means you only pay while your things are with us.
Too much stuff for a small room
Shared houses fill up quickly. Store off-season clothes, books or a bike, and bring them back whenever you want.
What students usually store
Most household items can be stored. The Terms & Conditions list the few things we cannot take.
- Boxes of books, notes and kitchen things
- Suitcases and bags
- Bikes, scooters and sports kit
- Small furniture, desks, chairs and shelves
- Bedding, duvets and winter clothing
- Small appliances such as a mini fridge
Choosing the right amount of storage
If you only have a few boxes, suitcases or pieces of furniture, choose single items. If you have a whole room, choose a unit. A 25 sq ft unit holds up to 10 boxes or suitcases and two pieces of furniture, and a 35 sq ft container is about the contents of a small room.
The price is shown as a weekly price that already includes VAT and insurance, so you can compare sizes before you book. If you are unsure, send us a short walkthrough video on WhatsApp and we will advise.
How student storage works
1. Book online
Choose a size or your items, enter your address and pick a collection day. You can book from tomorrow.
2. We collect
Our team arrives in your chosen time window. Please make sure someone is there to let them in.
3. We keep it safe
Your things are stored in a wooden container in our warehouse, with an inventory list in your account.
4. We bring it back
Ask for a return in My storage, choose a day, and we deliver to your door.
Paying for student storage
At booking you pay the collection fee and any extras by card. Storage is then charged monthly in arrears by Direct Debit. We invoice at the end of each month and collect on the 5th. Prices are shown, with VAT, before you book.
Direct Debit needs a UK bank account. If you do not have one, please call us before booking so we can talk it through.
Insurance and your inventory
Every unit includes insurance, and extra cover is available. We ask for a short inventory of what you are storing, because it is what validates your insurance. It takes a few minutes in your account and saves as you go.
Getting things out during the year
You can ask for a return to your door at any time. You can also visit by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, with three full working days' written notice and a small access fee.
